Submit a formal application letter addressed to the Executive Secretary, Kano State Private and Voluntary Board (KSPVB), specifying the proposed school name, section (Nursery, Primary, JSS, SSS), and Local Government Area.
Pay a non-refundable application fee of ₦10,000.00 to obtain the official registration application form through the Revenue Cashier Portal.
Submit two recent passport-sized photographs of the proprietor/proprietress along with valid government-issued identification.
Provide verified documentation of the academic and professional qualifications of the school proprietor or proprietress.
Submit a comprehensive staff list detailing certified teaching and non-teaching personnel along with copies of their highest educational certificates (TRCN certification prioritized).
Provide architectural plans showing adequate classroom dimensions, ventilation, sanitation facilities, playground area, and safety exits cleared by relevant municipal authorities.
Host KSPVB inspection officers for an on-site evaluation of facilities, student safety protocols, sanitation, and compliance with Kano State Ministry of Education curriculum guidelines.
